Primavera Sound Line Up for 2023

While those of a certain age are only just recovering from the epic double weekender that take place in 2022 (after two years of hiatus), the powers behind the scenes of Primavera haven’t been kicking back on their sofa these last few months… they’ve been busy organising 2023’s epic line up.

“I’ll Be Your Mirror” is the slogan for the year of the rabbit; the reason being that the festival’s Barcelona and Madrid line ups for 2023 will be nearly identical. Only the dates will change, with the Barcelona edition will taking place from 31st May to 4th June, while the Madrid edition follows afterwards, starting on 7th June until the 11th June.

You can see who’s coming in the poster below, noting that an act in red font is only appearing in Barcelona, and those in yellow only in Madrid. The rest of the stellar crew of artists you can expect at both events.

We’re particularly looking forward to seeing Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Confidence Man, Hudson Mohawke, Gaz Coombes, St. Vincent, Rosalia, Calvin Harris, Gabriels, Four Tet and Caroline Polacheck… but no doubt music fans of all denominations will see many of their own personal faves listed. As always, half of the fun will be discovering new favourite bands, and of course revelling in the party atmosphere as 100,000s of music fans head up to Parc del Forum for a long weekend of music and mayhem.

Ticket prices tend to go up the later you leave it (as do flight and accommodation prices!), so plan early for a more affordable trip! You can buy tickets on the official website.
