All of these procedures are pain free, but for additional comfort, they can be performed under conscious sedation (intravenous sedation), under the control of anaesthesiologists.

In terms of tools for the job, El Cedro use the best European-based implants, recognised in the international dental market: Nobel biocare, GC AADVA and Global D. They also have their own prosthesis laboratory to offer the best quality of prosthesis and to guarantee their origin.
