This hostel was recommended to me by a friend. I loved the district especially the main street which is full of small authentic tapas and pinchos bars.

Spent a wonderful birthday weekend here. Even though it was November we could relax in the warm pool and we also enjoyed three different massages. The food at the restaurant was also excellent.

This is essentially an easy to use booking platform which I've found a good alternative to airbnb with better prices. Well worth checking out if you haven't heard of it yet.

Great location - and foosball table! The prices are also competitive and standards very high.

Booked a central flat with them and picked up the keys directly with the owner. The search interface is really good and the whole process went smoothly. I was booking last minute in high season so didn't get such a great price as I would have liked, but I'd use them again. They did seem to have some great properties and offers but obviously the best ones go quickly!

Like the reviewer says it's not the prettiest building but the service is wonderful.

The best fun and cheap hostel i have ever been. It is located in the city center near to the the famous place of Rambla. You will meet people from everywhere. A very good experience in Barcelona

Had a wonderful experience in Barcelona and we were sorry to leave our apartment at the end of the vacation. It was very tastefully organised and had everything we needed for a short stay including a lovely kitchenette and modern bathroom. The streets are a little noisy at night but we were expecting that and did bring earplugs with us which I recommend to anyone as people go to bed verylate in Spain!!!

Must confess have only been to the bar of this hostel, but is great! And perfect for pre-drinking before checking out the awesome bars of Gracia. I stayed in Generator in Venice and was an awesome experience. They are "design" hostels with great character and a good party/social atmosphere and clean and functional facilities.

It was in a very good location and it made it easy to walk everywhere which saved you money on the metro. The staff are really nice and as a solo traveller it was really easy to find people to talk to and to explore Barcelona with thanks to Belushis bar downstairs. Overall it was a very good stay, shall I ever return to Barcelona I will be sure to come back to St Christophers.

The place was easy to find, and close to transit, but on a side street so there wasn't too much street noise. Check-in was a little slow, but I think we arrived at a busy time. The bar was always a safe bet for a good place to start the night. I think we were in an 8-bed room, but the bunks were really private with curtains and your own outlet. Bathrooms and showers were clean as well. Overall, a great base to explore a beautiful city from.

Very good. The place had a good atmosphere with lots of young travelers. I enjoyed the free breakfast of cereal, bread+ jams, fruit, tea and coffee (available 7-10am). The bar is open till late- like 2am. Pubcrawls and free walking tours depart from the hostel. The beds were private with curtains and lamps. There are kitchen and laundry facilities on level one. The showers were a bit cold. Couches and a common area is up on level 6. Located at the top of the La Rambla so very central. They sell stamps for 90 cents and have a post box so you can send all your postcards :)

Perfect apartment, perfect location, although we never received the key for the roof terrace. Excellent company overall, we will be booking with you again.

Wonderful stay. I wouldn't say the location is perfect for every traveler but for us on our second visit this was ideal as the downtown district seems very touristy and overcrowded. Gracia though is slower placed and still central. All of the amenities were of high quality and the staff reliable and helpful.
