Walking Planets

If you are planning a Barcelona trip do not go without taking this tour! Sandra is a native who knows more about her city's culture and history than anything you could put together yourself. The streets, walls and buildings come alive while walking with her through the real Barcelona. Her ability to connect with people is amazing and the information that she shares is accurate, historical, personal and entertaining. You feel that she is your long lost cousin and she is showing you around. Do not even think of going on a tour with a crowd when you can have your own private guide who shares all the jewels this city has to offer.

Estiber Ski Vacation

Steel Donkey Bike Tours

A cracker of a tour. Completely different, really personal, awesome guide! If any of my mates were going to Barcelona I'd send them straight to Steel Donkeys!

Walking Planets

If you want to explore Barcelona's through the eyes of a local, then Walking Planets is the way to do it. I had been to Barcelona several times and done loads of tours of Barcelona before my first walking planet experience and I haven't looked back since. While you might hear some of the same stories, Walking Planet guides bring them to life and recounts them in a way that no other tour guide does. You will learn interesting little facts, take different routes and learn about the real culture. The visits are down to earth, great fun and much better than any other tour I've done in Barcelona

Great service. I booked a really cool bike tour of Barcelona with them, plus taxis to the airport. Everything went as smooth as a baby's behind.

Flamenco & Tapas

The flamenco show was fantastic and took place in a central location. Afterwards the food was a good chance to chat to some people about the show and taste Spanish cured meats, cheeses, peppers and other delicacies.

Cocktail Making Classes

We actually booked this for a stag activity and it worked really well. Picked up some great pointers from the guy leading the session and got our money's worth back easily through drinking what we made!

Barcelona Guide Bureau

We reserved the Gothic walking tour and was a fascinating experience as well as reasonable priced.

Montserrat Tour

Spectacular well worth it. My only complaint was that it was a unpleasantly cold when we went in January but that was not the tour guides fault of course

Wine Tasting Tour

One of the highlights to our trip to Barcelona! Loved visiting the larger Cava makers along with the smaller boutique wineries. Very special trip, very personable and professional tour operator. Would book again with them next visit:)

Barcelona City Tours

Booked a highlights tour which took us everywhere from the columbus statue to the Olympic stadium. At six hours was possibly a bit long for me (wife didn't seem to mind) but terrific value and we learned a lot. It also meant we felt less guilty about lazing around on our second day as we'd seen everything by then!

Wine Tasting Tour

This was an all inclusive guided tour for my husband & me of two wineries located 45 minutes from Barcelona. Guy and Alfiya picked us up from our Barcelona apartment and guided us through Codorniu (one of the largest cava producers) and Felix Massana Rafols (an independent wine producer). Codorniu is very large and impressive, but Felix Massana Rafols was an amazing personal tour by the owner himself! Cristina (Felix's wife) prepared an amazing tapas lunch (the best spanish tortilla we've ever ate!), and we dined with Felix and had the opportunity to taste his wines and converse with him over lunch! My husband and I would highly recommend this, as we had an unforgettable and personal experience!

Magic Day Adventures

Hi JJ, I want to thank you for the wonderful day you arranged for us. You and Dani were great. Lunch was really good and I really enjoyed the entire day. People need to know about you guys!! My photos of Parc guell and montserrat turned out good. I plan on coming back to barcelona in 2013 and want to do the cave trip you were talking about!

Create Your Own Cava

Just wanted to let you know we had a really nice time at Create Your Own Cava. We are so glad we went, its such a different thing to do, interesting, fun and really would recommend it. its very bespoke, its very quaint and down to earth. Its something we won't forget!  So we just wanted to pass on our recommendation.  And now my husband knows how they put the cork in the bottle!

Create Your Own Cava

This day was amazing :)) one of my fav in Spain : We visited a small town an hour outside of Barcelona called VillaFranca known for its many vineyards, etc. We visited a small vineyard where in fact they let you make your own cava. PLus we got a tour of the vineyard and classes on how to taste and recognize the different types of Cava & of course we got to keep our bottle! :)

Walking Planets

This was by far the best way to see Barcelona. My two teenager daughters and I were taken around the city by our guide Sandra for two days. The tour was fun, interesting, and very informative! Amazing city and so much to see and learn. I would tour with Sandra for several more days if we had the time. Her English is exceptional and she is very knowledgeable and fun.
