Thank you very much for the recommendation! The tour with castle experience was fantastic, and the tour guide Clara was quite excellent. Appreciate the reference and the added discount you provided, you made the experience of our vacation better because of it.

Booking couldn't have been easier. Great range of tours available. The skip the line option proved invaluable.

I did this tour with my boyfriend. It was very nice. The tour guide gave us a lot of funny information and the food dishes were amazing and delicious. It was a little bit expensive but we ate and drank a lot. The bars were neighbourly and we would not have found them on our own I don't think.

We had a terrible time with an inexperienced guide who has no time management and customer service. We spent 800 euro for 5-hour tour due to our cruise schedule. The guide went to the wrong terminal while we waited 20minutes (remember this was a 5-hour tour). Without knowing how far the distance is from site to site, she had us lingered at one site too long, therefore we missed the window of making to the next appointment by 45 minutes. We were denied entrance. She blamed us for taking too long but none of us had never been to Barcelona, so how can she expect us to know when to leave. Sandra, the director promised to refund us the site tickets (not even the wasted tour hours we booked) but after 10 emails and many weeks, I never got money back. I would caution anyone hiring them, especially when you are pressed for time.

I have toured in a number of wine regions, and this tour was the best. Nico knows which wineries to visit, is knowledgeable (I am a wine nerd), and also personable. Truly, this was like having an old friend show you his favorite wineries in an area he knows better than most. As soon as I am back in the Barcelona/Penedes area, I will call him immediately. Give him your business and you won't be disappointed.

Have been on two tours with these guys, as very enjoyable and I like to bring guests who are visiting me in Barcelona on the experience as it's a great introduction for them to the city. I've seen some of hte other more mainstream bike tours and I rather prefer the authentic vibe these guys offer...

The experience at create your own cava was amazing. Eric and Santi went above and beyond to make the day engaging, fun, relaxed and special for my two friends birthdays. I cannot highlight enough how impressed we were with the day that they put on for us, as well as their knowledge of Cava and clearly their passion for it. On top of that Sylvia who helped me book the experience was extremely pleasant and helpful and made organising this trip so easy. From start to finish the experience was great and I am very pleased with the overall journey. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you very much. Victoria

I really enjoyed the tapas tour. It was a really fun and casual way to explore the city and have a roaming dinner at the same time. All the venues they took us to were great especially the bodega at the end. It was standing room only in there, but amazing atmosphere and great wines. Would do again without hesitation.

It was great fun to talk and "negociate" with you. And the adventures we booked with you were completed with unmeasurable fun and experience. I want to thank you and I want to mention that I'm glad we took this trip to your office, first thing after landing in Barcelona.

Thank you again for the excellent service and for your help throughout the process. Were were able to enjoy a remarkable experience yesterday. Gifts to relatives and beloved ones are a sign of how we care for them and love them, and you provided a service with a dedication that amounts to or even goes beyond what we would have offered ourselves. Thanks a lot.

I'd just like to thank you Henorita for organising the most amazing weekend in Barcelona for my sisters hen weekend. The apartment was perfectly located for us and we loved having a butler there to serve us drinks on the Saturday night in our apartment before we went to the beach front clubs. The best part about it is, she thinks I did all the hard work but all I did was tell you that we wanted to go to Barcelona so thank-you!

The yacht charter was absolutely fantastic. It really was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona! Mitch is an absolutely brilliant skipper!! 11 out of 10!! So thank you very much for all your help. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know that comes to Barcelona.

I've never got teary about writing a review before... I started working with the staff of this activity about 4 months ago when I began planning my engagement proposal. The team here made this day beyond memorable and special. From the little things like explaining architecture and history to going through the bottling process and letting us bottle our own, to helping me design a custom bottle label with our engagement date, everything was perfect. Eric is a god of cava making and Ramon should have his own show on the Travel Channel. We spend the afternoon learning about the region, the intricacies of cava making and why this region is the only one in the world that can do it right. We had a Catalan meal (best duck I've ever had) and Ramon filmed the entire proposal for us so that we could have it. All in all, it was the best Friday ever. We will be returning here in the next two years when we come back to Spain. If you come to Barcelona and do not come here, you've failed at vacationing. Skip the tourist stuff and do this trip. It's worth every cent.

I recently was taken to this activity by some friends for a surprise hen outing whilst in Barcelona and I can tell you that I did not stop smiling the whole day. We were picked up from the station and we then were treated to a tour of the building and the cava stores. We all found the day to be incredibly enjoyable and I know that some of us are looking forward to returning. Ramon and Eric were very personable guides who treated us like old friends rather than tourists. The cava we tasted was delicious (and plentiful), as was the home cooked traditional Catalan lunch we were served. It was really interesting to find out information about the different types of cavas produced and we found the day very informative. We corked, caged and cleaned our own bottle of cava each to take home with us as a lovely memento of the day. Thank you Ramon and Eric for such a lovely day. I hope to return soon.

Superb afternoon spent with Ramon and Eric at this Barcelona Life activity. A very interesting tour of the house, a very enjoyable wine tasting, a delicious home cooked traditional Catalan lunch and a memorable time making our own cava bottles (putting cork in, cleaning, putting cage on, putting foil, putting labels on the bottle) and a very fun rest of the weekend in BCN enjoying our cava. This tour is so different from the wine tours offered by the larger cava houses. It is personable, friendly, well organised, relaxed and truly an afternoon I will never forget.

I took a ride with a friend on the Montjuic option which follows some of the old F1 Circuit from the early 70s. It's a really nice scenic route and our instructor encouraged us to hit the accelerator once or twice (revving the engines under a bridge was also fun). The California is a beast and handled well. Naturally we got a lot of attention from locals and fellow tourists we passed! Overall I was glad we forked out extra for the 40 minutes over the 20 minutes, as obviously it was good to enjoy the experience for longer and get familiar and relaxed with the car. Thinking about getting this as a present for my Dad when he goes to visit BCN!

Just heard that charters are already possible this January 2016 due to the warm winter weather and water temperatures!

Wonderful day!! We enjoyed a great Penedes wine tour with Nico. We visited two wineries that are farming sustainably, had private tours and tastings, and ended the day with a lunch in a local restaurant where we were definitely the only Americans there. It was a perfect day in the Catalonian Wine Country.

“An absolute must” Ramon was patient and helpful as I was trying to figure out scheduling with him over email. He picked me up at the train station, drove me around the area first, was full of history and information. At the vineyard, he was full of more insight and family history as well as the history of the region, cava, etc. Best part? I got to finish the bottling process, cork, and label my own bottle to take home with me. I highly suggest making this excursion if you're in Barcelona or anywhere near the Lavern-Subirats area. It's worth the trip.

I visited Castlexperience this year and had a lovely time. Apart from the rushed ending it was a great experience with very knowledgeable tour guides. Check out my full review over at my blog! http://www.jadescapades.com/castlexperience/
