we're on

Barcelona Guide Bureau was established in 1990 by a team of local experts who wanted to create the best tour experience possible for visitors. And that's still their goal today! They offer a range of daily sightseeing tours designed to show visitors the best the Catalan capital has to offer, with knowledgeable English-speaking guides, air-conditioned coaches and no queuing to get inside the major attractions such as La Sagrada Familia (a major plus if you consider that sometimes these queues can last for hours!). Newcomers might want to start with their "All Barcelona Hightlights Tour", which covers everything from the Old Port to the Olympic Ring, whilst architecture buffs can choose between two specialist Gaudi tours. Aside from exploring the city itself, Barcelona Guide Bureau also offer regular excursions to many of the neighbouring region's must-see destinations, such as Montserrat, the site of a sacred abbey and the Black Madonna, and Figueres, home to the mind-blowing Dali Museum. You can also choose to combine your trip to Montserrat with a visit to the Codorniu Wine Cellars, and your Figueres trip with a visit to Girona, a jewel of a town on the river Onyar. If you are not quite decided about you travel details yet, then you can keep tabs with the BGB team on social media, by clicking on the icons above. And now you can also find them on Instagram.

We do really appreciate everything in this journey. Amaia was really pretty beautiful in the way she conducted the trip, always polite and fully prepared. Well done!

The tour was excellent. Our guide was Anna Beltran and she did a fantastic job and made it so interesting.

Amazing range of activities on offer. My husband and I booked the bus tour and we saw the whole city from Gaudi to the beach areas. Barcelona was probably the highlight of our European tour.

We recently visited Barcelona and were advised to take the tours offered by your company.
We took the Gaudi tour and visited Montserrat.
Both were worth every penny spent.
The guides were informative, intelligent and very pleasant.
The buses were clean and comfortable and we wish to make special mention of Arturo who conducted the Montserrat tour.
He was excellent. We so enjoyed the day.
Thank you for offering tourists a great way to see your energetic and vibrant city.

We reserved the Gothic walking tour and was a fascinating experience as well as reasonable priced.

I truly recommend the Montserrat tour. It is a very special place and I left a peace of my heart there.

As first time visitors to Barcelona my partner and I truly enjoyed the All Barcelona Highlights tour. We got a tremendous overview of the city and saw so many breath taking sights. We have been on many such tours in Europe and the guides on this tour were as good as any we have encountered. Janet, California.
