Fancy yourself as the next Ferran Adria? With Barcelona Cooking Classes you might not have time to learn all the ins and outs of molecular gastronomy, but you will get a fantastic insight into the history and culture of Spanish cuisine, courtesy of a bona fide Spanish chef. Plus of course you will help prepare classic dishes of the region, such as paella, tapas and other favourites. Equally as important, these cooking lessons don't stop at food... you'll also be taught how to mix a refreshing jug of sangria the envy of the rest of Spain. The recipes you learn will stay with you for life, and back home you'll be able to impress friends and family with authentic tastes of Iberia. Best of all these culinary classes are some of the best-priced in Barcelona at just 32 euros per person. They start at 5.45pm every day of the year, and you'll be able to eat what you cook so dinner is free! The experience also includes a tour of Boqueria market. Simply email info@barcelona-life.com to book or request more info.

For a more complete kitchen experience, where you prepare a full four course meal (accompanied by artisan Catalan wine!) check out our Gourmet Cookery Classes, which run every day in both the mornings and evenings.

Hello, I took the cooking class in mid February- it was excellent- thank you. Would it be possible for you to send me the link for the paella recipe that we cooked. I cannot find the url that was given to us. Thank you. Cheers, Art

This was a really good experience: I met some nice people, who I ended up spending some time with after the class, the chef was very sweet and nice, and finally the food was so tasty. Thank you.
The only bad thing: You dont get to cook the paella yourself. You are helping the chef.
