On your marks, get set, go! Ok no need for a particularly fast start when there's 26 miles of track to eat up, and the tortoise could easily win this one if the hare disappears for a siesta. The start and finish point is at the Magic Fountain and whether you're running or cheering the Barcelona Marathon is always a good day out.

Spandau Ballet in Concert

Despite an acrimonious break up in 1990 and an even more acrimonious law suit in which half the band unsuccessfully sued Martin Kemp over royalties, to cut a long story short everyone's favourite tight-trousered band from the 80s reformed in 2009... now they're coming to BCN (well Badalona to be precise) to blast out the mega hits we've been missing!
