Just around the corner from the MACBA museum and the Placa del Angels (a favourite hang out for skaters, students and bohemians), Carrer dels Angels has long attracted hungry hipsters to dine at the bevy of tapas bars and ethnic restaurants that run down its length. Now local residents have one more great place to choose from, as Bun Bo have opened a second branch of their Vietnamese restaurant in the Gothic Quarter, right here in Raval. Amongst a kaleidoscope of bright pink, blue and yellow tones, dishes like caramelised chicken with mango, fresh spring rolls, crepes and wonton dumplings stuffed with prawns are served up according to Vietnamese recipes, whilst there's also a stellar Asian beer selection to wash them down with - and some of the cheapest and best mojitos in town. If you are in the 'hood at lunchtime be sure to pop by for their 'Menu del dia'. This Spanish tradition of a set lunch menu is given the Vietnamese treatment and three dishes will set you back little more than a tenner. We suggest you linger under their lanterns for a Vietnamese coffee before going on your way. Still undecided? Find more Oriental eateries here!
Excellent beef noodles and awesome mojitos for 3.5Ä. Fast and friendly service.

Equally as good as the first one, but a less touristic location and therefore a hipper more local crowd.
