Donizetti website

If you've been to every tapas bar in the city and need something lighter for tonight's supper, fear not as Spain's Mediterranean cousins have a strong representation in Barcelona... and few finer than this homely Italian restaurant in Eixample. Fresh antipastis, homemade pasta and delicious risottos are the mainstay of Donizetti, an authentic eaterie run by an Italian signor from Abruzzi. Don't expect any Michelin stars here (you'll be lucky if you get an English-speaking waiter!), just traditional Mediterranean cuisine as it should be. Closed on Sundays. Head to our restaurant directory for more dining options.
