Just one street back from the central Placa Universitat lies this chic restaurant and music bar, which, as the name suggests, is the perfect place to indulge in some worldly vice - starting with gluttony. Delicious international dishes, such as risottos, tapas and carpaccios are all served on huge plates and 7Sins' range of 100% gourmet beef burgers are arguably the best in Barcelona. You may be angry that you didn't discover them earlier, but it will be your dining partner who will be suffering from envy as they watch you devour one. If that's not enough deadly sins for one evening then a finely-mixed White Russian will help inspire some lust, especially if you stay on later when a glammed-up crowd of good-lookers roll through the doors for one of their weekly parties (check out their Facebook page for all the goings on). Downstairs Chesterfield sofas, padded leather, low lights and erotic artwork give 7Sins a suitably decadent vibe, although the restaurant upstairs remains light and airy, and there's even a street-side terrace for dining al fresco in summer.

Fantastic burgers. Smooth decor and good cocktails. Great for a casual date.
