The mission of eSe eFe is simple: to provide the people of Barcelona with great beer and great music - and we're pleased to report it's a case of mission accomplished. At eSe eFe you won't be served any tasteless global-brand lager but rather some of the finest brews from around the world, including Mikkeller from Denmark, Blue Dog from Scotland and Anchor all the way from Californ-i-a. There are ten taps in total, with regular rotations, and true ale aficionados shouldn't miss 'Hoppy Mondays' when a special delivery is showcased each week. Music-wise drinkers are also in for a treat (hardly surprising given one of the owners spent most of his career designing LP sleeves for the likes of Faith No More). At the weekends live acts rock the back room, whilst there's an open mic session every Weds. if you fancy jamming in front of a friendly crowd. All the action takes place in a charmingly ramshackle joint in Raval, where severed mannequins, old vinyls, ceramic tiles and African fertility symbols comprise the eccentric decor - along with resident moggy, Rita. Charismatic and chaotic, eSe eFe is truly one of a kind.

I'm writing to let you know what we've got planned for the Barcelona Beer Festival nights in the SF bar...

For those who don't want the beer to stop each night at the closing of the Barcelona Beer Festival (20:30 of the 9th, 10th, and 11th of March):
We'll be celebrating it with great live music each night, home-made Mexican food, and, most importantly, a wide selection of worthy national and international beers; brands such as Mikkeller, Rogue, DouGall's, Brew Dog, Humula, Benat Beer, To øl, Steve'S, Dark Horse, Evil Twin, Nøgne, Brew Fist..... With ten taps and many more options in bottles.
